Smart-ID, Mobile-ID and the ID-card cost €0.36 per signature, however many pages the document has.
04International providers cost €3–6
A cross-border QES (ADACOM, ZealiD, Freja …) costs more because the signer's identity is verified separately. The price is shown before signing.
A national eID is cheap and convenient, and most residents of the EU have one.
Where there is none, an international trust service provider identifies you instead. Signing that way costs more, but still less than the paper alternative.
