Offer digital signing to your clients under your own brand. The 1DOX portal runs on your domain, in your logo and colours, and mail goes out from your address. Wisor Accounts runs it this way at digisign.wisor.ee.

Your domain

The portal opens at your address, for example sign.yourcompany.com. You add one CNAME record and the TLS certificate is issued automatically.

Your logo and colours

The signing pages, invitations and notification e-mails carry your logo and colours. When a link to your document is opened through 1dox.eu, the signer is sent to your domain. A small “Powered by 1DOX” mark stays.

Mail from your address

Invitations and notifications go out from your own e-mail address — through your SMTP server or a Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Smart-ID shows your name

Your domain gets its own eID Easy registration, so the Smart-ID app shows your name at signing, not 1DOX's.

Your company's workspace

The brand applies to your company's workspace: the invitations, notifications and signing pages of its documents carry your name. The workspace's folders, users and permissions stay as they are.

The same 1DOX underneath

Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, ID cards and other EU countries' eIDs. ASiC-E/BDOC containers and PDFs with a visible stamp, mass signing links, a REST API and webhooks. Data is kept in the European Union.

Add a DNS record

Point your subdomain at 1dox.eu with a CNAME record.

Send your logo and mail access

Send your logo, colours and SMTP or Microsoft 365 details. We set up the portal and the eID Easy registration.

Step 3

Your clients sign

The portal is live on your domain. No programming and no server to install.

Price

The partner portal costs €299 + VAT a month. Signatures are at the standard price: €0.36 for a standard signature, €6 for an international remote QES. Everything else works as on 1DOX: users create an account and top up credit themselves. Storage follows each user's or company's own 1DOX plan: 5 GB free, 20 GB on Basic, 100 GB on Premium. The partner fee does not include storage.

Frequently asked questions

How does my domain start working?

You add one CNAME record to your DNS, for example sign.yourcompany.com → 1dox.eu. Once we activate your brand, the TLS certificate is issued automatically on the first visit.

Who pays for the signatures?

As on 1DOX: the document owner, from their own account or the company wallet. The €299 + VAT monthly fee is separate from signatures.

What does the signer see?

Your domain, logo and colours on the signing page, and your name as the mail sender and in the Smart-ID app. The page header has a small “Powered by 1DOX” mark.

What stays under the 1DOX name?

Folder sharing links and the PDF signature stamp carry the 1DOX mark. User accounts and billing are 1DOX's.

Where is the data stored?

In the European Union, where every other 1DOX document is kept. If you need full isolation, a separate package fits: an isolated, private 1DOX in your own AWS or Azure account. You manage the cloud account and the data; we provide the solution. Price on request.
